Shipping Policy

Our treats ship directly from us. For best freshness, store treats in the refrigerator. Treats are good for up to 2 weeks after purchase.
Our meals are prepared fresh, then frozen for transport. Store meals in the freezer upon arrival and thaw in the refrigerator when ready to serve.
Once thawed, meals stay fresh for 3–5 days refrigerated and up to 3 months frozen.

Food packs do NOT need to be frozen upon arrival. If items are cool or partially thawed, they are perfectly safe to serve. You may refreeze if needed.
Any damaged perishables must be reported within 8 hours of delivery via email or phone.

We ship Monday–Wednesday only, depending on location, to avoid packages sitting in warehouses over the weekend.
No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Subscription orders process on Wednesdays and ship the following Monday.
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed, though we do our best to accommodate.
