Storage & Freshness

Our treats ship fresh directly from us. For best quality, keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks of purchase.

Meals are freshly prepared and frozen for transport. Store in the freezer when received and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.

Once thawed, meals stay fresh 3–5 days refrigerated or up to 3 months frozen.

Upon Delivery

Food packs do not need to arrive frozen. If items are cool or partially thawed, they are still safe to serve and may be refrozen if needed.

Please report any damaged perishables within 8 hours of delivery by email or phone.

Shipping Schedule

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday (depending on location) to prevent weekend warehouse delays.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Subscription orders process Wednesday and ship the following Monday.

Same-day shipping is not guaranteed, but we try our best to accommodate.
